The delegation of the Qatar Motor and Motorcycle Federation headed by Mr. Abdulrahman bin Abdul Latif Al Mannai the president of QMMF and Mr. Khalid Al Rumaihi, member of the Board of Directors, traveling to the Principality of Andorra to attend the meetings of the General Assembly of the International Motorcycle Federation (Congress) which will be held on Saturday and Sunday in the presence of 113 national federations.
