The Qatar Motor & Motorcycle Federation (QMMF) is the official national governing body responsible for regulating, developing, and promoting motor and motorcycle sports in the State of Qatar. Proudly certified by both the FIA and FIM, the Federation upholds the highest international standards of safety, performance, and professionalism.
QMMF oversees the organization of national and international championships, regulates sporting activities, and ensures compliance with approved rules and regulations. The Federation also examines proposals from its internal committees, addresses complaints and grievances related to motorsport activities, and enforces disciplinary measures to maintain fairness and integrity in competition.

The Qatar Motor and Motorcycle Federation (QMMF) was established on 21 July 1987 pursuant to an official decision of the Supreme Council for Youth Welfare, marking the beginning of a structured national framework for motorsport governance in Qatar. Since its founding, the Federation has evolved through several organizational stages and now operates under the supervision of the Ministry of Sports and Youth. As the country’s sole motorsport authority, QMMF has played a pivotal role in developing motorsport infrastructure, nurturing local talent, and positioning Qatar as a regional and global destination for world-class motor and motorcycle sporting events.
